What makes us different from so many art supplies companies is that we are owned by an individual whose background is totally art based, including training and working as an art teacher. Working within the art and design teaching profession together with other artists, craftspeople and designers we like to think that we understand your needs more fully and therefore offer more than just a one-stop shop.
Damaged/pilfered goods: You must claim in writing against the carriers for any goods damaged or pilfered within 3 days of receipt of goods. We strongly recommend that you also show the parcels to the carrier and sign for the goods as damaged, otherwise a claim may be invalid.
Return of goods: You have the right to cancel your contract with us within seven days of receipt of your goods. We regret that returned goods cannot be accepted without prior authorisation. Please contact us on 01225 811317 to arrange the return of your goods and to receive your refund. The goods must be in a resalable condition for full credit allowance. Any charge for delivery will not be refunded. If cancelling after 7 days then an administration fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund.
